The Waiter is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests at all times. They ensure an exceptional dining experience by taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and attending to guest needs throughout the meal. The Waiter upholds the restaurant’s service standards and contributes to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests courteously, presenting menus and offering assistance as needed.

• Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.

• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy.

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of assigned tables and service areas.

• Handle billing, payment transactions, and check settlements efficiently.

• Provide attentive, courteous, and personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.

• Support the service team during busy hours and assist colleagues when required.

Job Requirements:

• +2 or equivalent training in Hospitality Management (Bachelor’s in Hotel Management preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage service department.

• Basic knowledge of continental cuisine, beverages, and service procedures.

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong guest service orientation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
