Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects to promote our products/services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through lead generation activities.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
Close sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team and able to work at night shift i.e. Mon-Friday from 19:30 PM to 5:00 AM, 5 days a week. (Timing can be changed as per company’s requirements)
High school diploma or equivalent or Bachelor; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
