Job Summary:

A Tele calling Executive is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally

• Explain products/services and answer queries clearly

• Generate and qualify leads for sales teams

• Maintain a database of customer interactions

• Follow up with customers for feedback or sales closure

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets

• Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum: +2 / High School (Bachelor’s preferred)

• Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is an advantage
