Key Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.

• Verify quantity and quality of received materials against purchase orders.

• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.

• Monitor market trends and pricing to achieve cost-effective purchasing.

• Compare costs, delivery timelines, and service levels to ensure brand image.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

• Monitor supplier performance, address any issues or discrepancies, and ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

• Identify potential suppliers, conduct thorough evaluations, and establish and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors.

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand their needs and ensure alignment of procurement activities.

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.

• Assist in resolving any discrepancies between purchase orders, received goods, and invoices.

• Quarterly purchase plan to be prepared & discussed with director for approval & implementation.

• Corrective measures to be taken as per the prevailing situation.
