Job Summary

A Sales Person is responsible for generating revenue by identifying potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers (walk-in, field, or online leads)

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

• Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions

• Coordinate with marketing and management teams for promotions

• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends

Required Qualifications

• Minimum: +2 / Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
