- Analyzing job requirement, preparing job description and posting job vacancy on relevant resources
- Identifying, evaluating and selecting appropriate recruitment sources for the position in co-ordination with external agencies and concerned head of department
- Conducting preliminary screening of CVs against job fit and processing candidates for further process
- Facilitating the overall recruitment and selection process including scheduling, organizing, conducing interview and coordinating with various departments and executives
- Developing recruitment plan, forecasting recruitment needs and executing recruitment process and developing monthly reports
- Maintaining candidate database and other administrative tasks
