We’re looking for part-time remote Call Center Representatives to handle calls, assist customers, and convert leads using our integrated online call center system.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism
2. Communicate clearly and fluently in English
3. Convert leads and maintain strong customer relationships
4. Work online using our CRM and call center tools

Requirements:

1. Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
2. Laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and headset
3. Prior BPO, telesales, or customer service experience (preferred
4. Positive attitude and self-motivation
