Job Purpose:

To manage accounting activities related to spare parts sales, ensure accurate billing and record-keeping, and handle timely recovery of outstanding dues from customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with workshop, warehouse, and accounts teams for recovery status and reconciliation

• Ensure timely return of defective, unused, or warranty parts as per company policy

• Maintain accurate records of recovery transactions and outstanding balances

• Analyze recovery data and prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

• Investigate discrepancies in parts movement and take corrective action

• Support warranty claim processes by ensuring proper parts return and documentation

• Conduct field visits, if required, to ensure recovery compliance at dealer/service points

• Work closely with logistics and inventory teams to streamline reverse supply chain processes

• Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards
