Job Purpose

To plan, execute, and monitor Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities

1. Align marketing activities with monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Generate quality leads through on-ground campaigns

3. Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up and conversion

4. Support dealers in executing local marketing and promotional activities

5. Ensure proper branding and visibility at events and dealership locations

6. Manage vendors, promoters, and event agencies for smooth execution

7. Monitor and control BTL marketing expenses within approved budget

8. Conduct market surveys and track competitor activities

9. Prepare regular reports on activities, leads generated, and conversion performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
