Job Summary

The Officer – Marketing (ATL) is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring ATL marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. The role involves coordination with advertising agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with advertising agencies and media partners for campaign execution

2. Ensure brand consistency across all ATL communication materials

3. Develop and manage media plans in line with marketing objectives

4. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better reach and impact

5. Manage ATL marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency

6. Work closely with sales team to align campaigns with business goals

7. Conduct market research and analyze competitor advertising strategies

8. Support new product launches through effective mass media campaigns

9. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, reach, and ROI

10. Plan and execute ATL campaigns including TV, radio, print, and digital advertising

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

2. 1–3 years of experience in marketing or advertising (ATL exposure preferred)
