Job Description

  • Providing technical support to customer care, operator and technician.
  • Responsible to train new operator, sub operator and technician related to billing system.
  • Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases.
  • Responsible for quality assurance testing of various software projects
  • Planning and performing different stages of testing.
  • Identifying bugs and potential problem with in software.
  • Documenting the task and reporting
  • Monitoring the billing system.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

B.Sc (Computer Science and Information Technology)
