.   Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.

·       Knowledge of desktop and network troubleshooting

·       Training and certification courses in related field is preferred.

·       Past experience in related field will be require , fresher can also apply

·       Should have very pleasant personality and good communication skills

·       Ability to set priorities and work independently

·       Should attend telephonic support requests concerning technical issues and general inquiries

·       Should be ready to visit and provide necessary support to custo   mers at their premises

·       Should create reports and update to supervisor on regular basis

·       Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.

·       Very good communication abilities

·       Should co-ordinate with other departments for effective service delivery
