You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge of all legal requirements in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with Asha’s functional teams in terms of hiring, on boarding, regular capability checking and graduation of Asha’s candidates and staff.
• Responsible for staff time management and salary calculation.
• Occasionally working with COO, Accountant and Admin Manager to handle some business-related costs.
• Responsible for maintaining Asha's team-working and supportive office culture
• Develop strong relationship and effective communication between Company and Employee
• Prepare HR related documents like job description, appointment letter, contract renewal letter, termination letter, appraisal letter etc.
• Monitor employee daily attendance, and calculation of Overtime and replacement of employees.
• Work with and back up Admin Manager if necessary.

Requirement

• Ability to work long hours
• Over 5 years of HR experience
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external shareholders
