Job Summery :

We are looking for a reliable and professional Freelance Customer Service Executive to handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle queries quickly and efficiently and provide brilliant customer service. Provide the best customer experience through quality interaction with a positive impact.

• Answering phone calls from customers Professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding customer problems.

• Identifying, escalating arrangement issues, and reporting to the high-level management.

• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.

• Following up on complicated customer calls where required.

• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary updating them in the CRM.

• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.

• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken

• Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Management, or related field)

• Proven experience in customer service, call center, or client handling roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
