- Managing the teams of Accountants from various companies to ensure the compliance to system and ensuring work is up to date.
- Preparing financial statements, business plans and budget for management.
- Regularly undertaking audits, involving in examination of organization's accounts, analyzing risks ,inspecting the current organizations practices, inspecting any financial irregularities and recommending improvements.
- Reviewing ,Implementing and adopting new and existing financial system and controls .
- Producing and analyzing yearly and monthly accounts.
- Providing regular financial reports ,as and when needed.
- Dealing with ,and advising on tax issues ,ensuring compliance with tax legislation.
- Liaising with banks for reconciliation ,interest reversion ,negotiating terms , documentation and any other required works.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure prudent accounting practices in all group companies .
- Liaising with auditors to finalize the books of accounts of all group companies .
