Job Summary

The Finance & Business Development Officer supports the organization’s financial operations while actively contributing to business growth initiatives. The role involves financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, market research, proposal development, and supporting strategic partnerships to enhance revenue and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

• Monitor expenses and support cost-control measures

• Prepare financial reports, statements, and variance analyses

• Support cash flow management and basic treasury functions

• Assist in audits, compliance, and financial documentation

• Maintain accurate financial records and MIS reports

Business Development Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

• Support proposal writing, pricing, and financial modeling for new projects

• Assist in preparing business plans, feasibility studies, and presentations

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for growth initiatives

• Support client relationship management and partnership development

• Track business performance and prepare progress reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field
