Job Summary:
The Female Trainee at Casino Pride will undergo structured training to learn casino operations, gaming procedures, and guest service standards. The role focuses on developing professional dealers/croupiers who can deliver an exceptional gaming experience while maintaining compliance, integrity, and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate actively in casino training programs and practical sessions
• Learn rules, procedures, and handling of casino table games
• Provide polite, professional, and engaging service to guests
• Maintain proper grooming, uniform standards, and body language
• Follow casino SOPs, gaming regulations, and security procedures
• Handle chips, cards, and gaming equipment accurately
• Assist senior dealers and supervisors during live games
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct
• Ensure responsible gaming practices are followed
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Required Skills & Qualities:
• Good communication skills (Hindi preferred)
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
• Quick learner with attention to detail
• Basic numerical and observation skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Honest, disciplined, and professional attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and holidays

Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: 18–28 years
• Minimum Height: 5’2”
• Fresher are welcome (Training will be provided)

Career Growth:
Successful trainees may be promoted to Dealer/Croupier or higher gaming positions based on performance and evaluation.
