- Conducting HR activities (Appointment, Orientation, Benefit addition, Payroll & Full & Final Settlement process of 20+ Clients.
- Client visits and conducting Open House Sessions with associates on periodic basis.
- Facilitate with initial phase of associates appointment via orientation support and briefing, collections of documents, reference checks, preparation of appointment letter, training letters.
- Monitor and support associate engagement by collecting feedbacks, answering queries and preparing HR reports.
- Collect resignation letter, prepare for account clearance, experience letter and conduct resignation interview to smoothen the resignation procedure.
- Deliver high quality service for client management by collecting feedbacks and preparing pay summary reports and other necessary supports.
- Costing preparation for agreement renewal of clients .
- Handling associates and client queries on daily basis and ensuring queries are solved within standard TAT.
