Job Summary

The Executive – Parts Billing is responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of spare parts, maintaining billing records, coordinating with sales and warehouse teams, and ensuring compliance with financial and organizational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and process accurate invoices for spare parts sales (retail and workshop)

2. Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and tax calculations in all billing transactions

3. Coordinate with the Parts and Service teams to verify order details before invoicing

4. Maintain proper documentation of billing records and transactions

5. Handle customer billing queries and provide necessary clarifications

6. Update and manage data in ERP systems related to parts billing

7. Monitor daily billing activities and generate reports as required

8. Assist in stock reconciliation and support inventory audits

9. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, or related field

2. 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts
