Job summary

A Chartered Accountant is responsible for managing financial accounting, auditing, taxation, and regulatory compliance of the organization. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and adherence to statutory requirements while supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct dollar hedging, forex tracking, and USD/INR analysis; manage forward contracts.

• Handle working capital, banking operations, loan management, and interest negotiations.

• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments for financial processes and compliance.

• Oversee LC operations, trade finance, bank advices, and documentation accuracy.

• Perform financial analysis (costing, pricing, margins, variance, ROI).

• Lead internal audits, including inventory, procurement, and internal control checks.

• Support strategic planning, policy formulation, and business performance improvement.

• Manage insurance, claims, and risk analysis.

• Monitor day-to-day finance operations and report regularly to senior management.
