Job Description

  • Set up meetings with potential clients including builders, contractors, and distributors to generate sales and sales lead.
  • Enhance relationships with distributors, and coordinating with them.
  • Perform daily sales visits and establish potential sales; negotiating packages for sales.
  • Submit daily review of progress reports on sales with financial data.
  • Plan targets on the basis of sales trend and inquiry generation.
  • Organize sales visit plan as per enquiries received, pending enquiries, and major prospects.
  • Frequent visiting and following up at the new site with ongoing mass construction.
  • Search for sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Make daily sales call and visit prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our product, AAC Block.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate sales deals with, and handle complaints from customers.
  • Track activities of competitors frequently.
