- Set up meetings with potential clients including builders, contractors, and distributors to generate sales and sales lead.
- Enhance relationships with distributors, and coordinating with them.
- Perform daily sales visits and establish potential sales; negotiating packages for sales.
- Submit daily review of progress reports on sales with financial data.
- Plan targets on the basis of sales trend and inquiry generation.
- Organize sales visit plan as per enquiries received, pending enquiries, and major prospects.
- Frequent visiting and following up at the new site with ongoing mass construction.
- Search for sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Make daily sales call and visit prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our product, AAC Block.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate sales deals with, and handle complaints from customers.
- Track activities of competitors frequently.
