Job Summary:

1. Architectural Documentation & Drafting:

As-Built Documentation: Conduct detailed on-site measurements and produce accurate AutoCAD drawings of the existing Rana-era structures.

New Construction Drafting: Develop and maintain detailed architectural sets for new building additions within the premises.

Retrofitting Records: Document specific retrofitting interventions, including structural reinforcements and heritage-sensitive modifications.

Digital Archiving: Maintain an organized database of all architectural versions, ensuring "as-built" drawings are updated in real-time.

2. Design Consultation & Integration:

Design Support: Assist in the development of new design concepts that harmonize with the Neoclassical and Baroque elements of the original landmark.

Implementation Oversight: Translate design intent into actionable site instructions to ensure architectural details (such as cornices, pillars, and VIP room finishes) are executed correctly.

Material Research: Assist in sourcing and documenting materials that meet the specific aesthetic and structural requirements of heritage revitalization.

3. Site Supervision & Quality Control

Progress Monitoring: Conduct daily site visits to supervise ongoing works, ensuring all construction aligns with approved architectural drawings and safety standards.

Technical Troubleshooting: Identify on-site discrepancies or structural challenges and coordinate with the lead team for immediate solutions.

Vendor Coordination: Supervise specialized craftsmen and contractors to ensure high-quality finishes on both restoration and new-build components.

4. Liaison & Communication:

External Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for external architectural firms, ensuring a smooth flow of information and timely delivery of required drawings.

Inter-departmental Reporting: Provide regular progress updates and documentation reports to the project management and development team.

Permit Support: Assist in preparing and organizing the necessary architectural documentation for local regulatory submissions if required.
