Job Description

Lead an Engaged Team:

  • Regional manager is responsible for guiding the branch staff to meet their objectives and goals.
  • He is responsible to view the performance and role of each employee in the office .
  • He must take certain steps and decisions in order to enhance the growth and development of the company.
  • It’s his responsibility to develop new business relationship for the company’s future.
  • Regional Manager has to change locations in every 3-4 months as per CEO and/or Director to strategically plan
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly in a professional manner
  • Promote a positive and open work environment. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and team-members
