Job Description

  • Assisting daily attendance & operations of the group, admin and support function related to daily operations.
  • Update details of all employees, adherence to employee rulebook, payroll preparation, all documentation processing, conduct meetings where required.
  • Recruitment and induction of new staff, query resolution if any, discipline adherence and systematic redressal, new initiatives.
  • Coordinate for repairs and maintenance.
  • Take initiatives for employee training.
  • Help to create a more healthy and informative environment.
  • All others as required by management.
  • Keep a positive attitude to work and also motivate all others to do the right work.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
