Reports To: Planning Manager
Salary: Minimum USD 700
- Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Assessments, and baseline review
- Work with project managers to develop detailed schedules and assists the project managers in keeping those schedules current
- Designing, developing, and maintaining detailed resource-loaded schedules in Primavera.
- Create and maintain regular project status reports, baseline maintenance and update, and metrics analysis/reporting
- Interface and Liaise with project manager, construction manager, QC manager and subcontractors to ensure they follow the schedule or better
- Identify project schedule trends and perform analysis to mitigate delays and problems.
- Participate in schedule review and progress meetings
- Updates Projects Schedules; identify all delays
- Monitors the site progress day by day and evaluate the current situation and the recommended changes to improve the efficiency of the planning and scheduling of the project
- Identifies and schedules human and equipment resources
- Report to Projects Director and Planning Manager
- Self-motivated, with high degree of attention-to-detail
- Working knowledge of English and fluency in Nepali
- Ability to travel to remote areas
